PostureZone: Improve Your Posture and Reduce Pain
PostureZone is a free Android application that helps users improve their posture and reduce pain related to back, neck, and headaches. Developed by BodyZone.com, the app uses the 4 PostureZone® method to check and measure posture with a picture and provides an integrated level to ensure accuracy. Users can see the alignment and symmetry of their four PostureZones - Head, Torso, and Pelvis over Feet.
The app also offers benchmarking and tracking postural changes over time, PostureLine™ Analysis, and a PRO version for the Certified Posture Exercise Professional® and other healthcare providers. The PRO version includes PDF reports with images and a numeric PostureZone® deviation comparison table, customizable text, and the ability to track patient/client changes with treatment and over time with Cases.
PostureZone is recommended for CPEPs (Certified Posture Exercise Professionals) globally, as well as chiropractors, MDs, physical and massage therapists, athletic and personal trainers, educators, and other wellness professionals.
